- 0:05-0:15 Introduction & Grip (10 min)
- Coach intro and badminton overview (2 min): Explain court lines and basic rules (e.g., shuttle must stay in bounds).
- Teach forehand grip (3 min): Demonstrate “handshake” grip, have students practice holding rackets.
- Backhand grip intro (3 min): Show thumb placement, practice switching grips.
- Check grips individually (2 min): Correct hand positions.

- Grip practice (5 min): Students tap shuttle upward gently with forehand grip (3 min), then backhand (2 min).

- Cone game (5 min): Students hit shuttle to land near cones, focusing on grip control.

- “Shuttle Keep-Up” (10 min): Students hit shuttle upward, counting consecutive hits (solo, then pairs).
