  • Website Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on pureking.org, collected via cookies, web beacons, or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Newsletter Sign-Ups: Email address and preferences when you subscribe to our updates.

c. Information from Children Under 13

In compliance with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. For youth programs, we collect parent/guardian contact details and consent forms to ensure compliance. See Section 7 for details.

  • Website Data: Usage data is anonymized after 12 months, unless needed for analytics.
  • Deletion Requests: Upon request, we delete data unless required by law (e.g., tax records).

9. International Data Transfers

PureKing Badminton Academy is based in the United States. If you access pureking.org from outside the U.S. (e.g., EU/UK), your data may be transferred to our U.S. servers. We comply with GDPR for EU/UK residents by offering clear consent options and rights (see Section 4). By using our website, you consent to data transfers to the U.S., where privacy laws may differ.
