Pacifica Academy badminton class
Last Saturday afternoon, we successfully held an engaging badminton experience class at Pacific Academy, with eight enthusiastic students participating. The venue was set up with three badminton courts, providing ample space for practice.
The main content of the class included:
1. Mastering the correct grip: This is the foundation of good badminton play. A proper grip allows for better control of the racket's power and direction.
2. Shuttlecock juggling: Through juggling, students could get a feel for the shuttlecock and improve their hand-eye coordination.
3. Cross-step training: This training helps enhance the students' agility and explosiveness.
4. Proper jumping technique: Learning the correct jumping motion effectively improves the accuracy and stability of shots.
5. Attempting rallies: After mastering the basics, students engaged in fun rallies to experience the thrill of actual gameplay.
The core of this badminton experience class was to let students feel the joy of learning badminton. The course combined fun and practical play, emphasizing the importance of mastering fundamental movements. Under the guidance of the coach, students practiced repeatedly, allowing their muscles to develop memory, gradually overcoming the tedious process of forming consistent movements.
During the activity, everyone was highly enthusiastic and actively involved, not only improving their badminton skills but also gaining the joy and sense of accomplishment that comes from exercising. We hope that through this experience class, students will develop a greater love for badminton and continue to make progress in the future, enjoying the health and vitality that come with sports.
We appreciate all the participating students; your active involvement made this badminton experience class even more wonderful! We look forward to sharing the joy of badminton with more students in future classes!
