- 0:05-0:15 Net Shots & Smashes (10 min)
- Demonstrate net shot (3 min): Soft touch, close to net.
- Demonstrate smash (3 min): Simplified downward shot.
- Practice net shot motion (4 min).
- 0:15-0:35 Drills (20 min)
- Net shot drill (10 min): Hit shuttle to land near net.
- Smash drill (10 min): Hit downward to coach’s feed.
- 0:35-0:55 Fun Game (20 min)
- “Net vs. Smash” (10 min): Score with net shots or smashes.
- “Shuttle Knockout” (10 min): Hit shuttles to knock over cones.
- 0:55-1:00 Cool-Down & Recap (5 min)
- Wrist and leg stretches (2 min).
